1 prevents big pharma from patenting poop.
2 prevents over-regulation on custom bicycle
3 reduces the costs on water distributors that they mail out to all customers non-emergency information that is available online annually. This does not remove the requirement that they mail out to all customers when there is a problem with the water.
4 protects navajo rain dancers from an arcane reg
5 eliminates the ban on selling onion futures
6 specifically prohibits the consumer safety bureaucrats from mandating that there be holes in buckets, which was an honest to God proposal in the early 90s.
7 reverses a recent decision to remove several approved and scientifically proven inert ingredients from fertilizers. Their argument was that even though they were inert, since no companies were currently using them as ingredients, they were just gonna remove them from the list anyway.
8 eliminates the regulation on buying more than 1 bag of fertilizer at a time
9 prohibits the dumb idea that mandatory recalls for dangerous safety defects should also be used if those ugly warning labels on your visor are too easy to peel off if you want to peel if off.
10 eliminates the need for a special dunebuggy permit on a specific public beach
11 allows guns in areas identical to other outdoors federal property where guns are allowed, except in this case there are the presence of fish ladders.
12 brings back the original 4 loko I drank in college if you are into that.
13 brings back clove flavored cigarettes if you are into that.
14 brings back crisco if you are into that.
15 brings back real stevia if you are into that.
16 rescinds a dopey ATF warning letter to some guy who made a device that let him fire soda cans a very short distance.
17 singles out small change but does not apply equally to large change.
18  eliminates a regulation that exceeded the task of consumer safety bureaucrats. They were told to make matchbooks less likely to self-ignite. The staple part should be invalid because the intent was reduce being poked.
19 protects good lightbulbs
20 repeals a dumb regulation that assumes we wont know the front of the train from the back of a train.

As usual with these bills all of the regulations here are rather dumb, and I fully support repealing them all Tongue

In support of removing them, I'd say.

(what I find curious about these bills is that someone took the time to actually create many of these regulations in the first place)

And under the Administrative Procedures Act, a lot of these rules took years to implement. Tongue

Of these, I only filed an indignant public comment on the fertilizer ingredients regulation. In the last bill I filed an indignant public comment on the smoking in houses rule. I need to send more cranky public comments, since they have to read them.

A final vote is now open lasting 72 hours or 12 hours after everyone has voted, whichever is sooner.
