I was hoping he would be up 30-40, but polls often do underestimate margins in ultra-safe states.

Polls often underestimate the margins in safe states. Add 10 points or so to Trump and it looks about right.

Joe Manchin has a 50 percent approval rating, 31 percent disapprove with 19 percent of those polled not sure.

Looks like IceSpear has some explaining to do...
