He's whining (so much whining) about closing the border with Mexico, but hasn't shut down travel with Italy or South Korea (although travel to and from Iran has been shut down, now).

The United States had ca. 90 confirmed Coronavirus infections so far, including two deaths. Mexico has reported five infections with the virus. One can only assume that Trump is floating the idea of closing the southern border as a means to stop the spread of the virus from the U.S. to Mexico. That's of course very far-sighted of him. Tongue
