It's not going to happen.

He's been out of office for a long time.

There were some allegation of sexual harassment, prior to his divorce.

He made about 30 million dollars selling Current TV to Al Jazeera.

A loss in the primary would hurt his reputation, so it's not a risk worth taking.

If Democrats want to nominate someone elderly, Hillary Clinton has high approval ratings. Joe Biden can take credit for averting the fiscal cliff.
