Apparently, she just started a new account today:

http://twitter.com/AKGovSarahPalin

She joins fellow possible 2012 GOP presidential candidate Mike Huckabee in using twitter:

http://twitter.com/GovMikeHuckabee

Unfortunately, neither of them uses grammar like PantsBurnLegWound.

Any other possible 2012ers on twitter?

@AKGovSarahPalin   Frugg just gave birth to twigg,,, LOVE HIM

Lol, if Palin's children's names were all botched twitter words, that would explain some things.  Maybe "Trig" was meant to have a more normal name like "Tim", but she was just in a daze and mashing buttons, so it came out "Trig".

Are you trying to suggest Palin names her kids off of using T9word mistakes and was just like f---k it, I already entered it into my cell phone, it's a done deal now?

Yes, that's what I was suggesting.  Though of course the fact that most of her children were born before twitter existed makes this idea somewhat less than plausible.....unless she's a time traveler.

Btw, a twitter thread is as good a place as any to mention this.  2012 groups on Facebook:

Huckabee 2012:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2211531528
(26,059 members)

Romney 2012:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=8331196519
(18,271 members)

Palin 2012:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=27756682523
(9246 members)

Ron Paul 2012:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=39740743501
(2864 members)

Gary Johnson 2012:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=38552147212
(985 members)

Sanford 2012:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=7511542695
(700 members)

Pawlenty 2012:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=38119866332

The Huckabee page appears to be staffed by Huck's own family members.

Palin has started a disturbing trend of using exclamation points in every tweet.

What are the odds it's actually her tweeting it?

Probably very low.  It's especially unlikely, given that she's including a link with every tweet.  Is Palin sitting around websurfing all day?

The Alaska legislature is out of session right now, so maybe Palin is relieving the boredom by making tinyurls?

Sorry, didn't mean to disturb you.

Well then, if I can't have your forgiveness, there's no point to going on...

and this one building that I can remember while visiting the place is just hard to climb on top of

Yeah, that's the Opera House.  I posted the "BuildngJumpMordenSplat", in anticipation of offing myself, and then I went down to the Opera House, spent several hours trying to climb onto that thing, finally got to the top, and then jumped off.  Only problem is that this is the underside of the world, and gravity often gets confused here.  When you jump off of a building, does gravity pull you towards the ground, even though the ground is "up" (because everything's upside down here)?  Or does it pull you down into the sky and off into space?  Gravity couldn't decide, so I was just kind of hanging there for a few minutes.  Until finally, this kangaroo talked me down:

It talked me down, and saved my life.  It convinced me that I don't need your forgiveness Lunar.  I can continue to live, continue to post here, and continue to contribute to the forum in a positive manner.  And if making a contribution here sometimes means speculating about Sarah Palin tinyurl'ing her heart out in between changing Trig's diaper and cutting the ribbon at the new bobsled track....Well then, that's exactly what I'm going to do, no matter who is disturbed by it.

You'll all thank me in three years, when Palin loses the Wisconsin primary, because she's too busy tinurl'ing on twitter.  Then we'll see which posts, disturbing as they may be, had to be written in order to advance the discussion in the 2012 election forum.

Palin has now used an exclamation point in *7 consecutive tweets*!

Other possible 2012ers on twitter:

Gingrich:
http://twitter.com/newtgingrich

Jindal:
http://twitter.com/BobbyJindal

Pawlenty:
http://twitter.com/pawlenty

Sanford:
http://twitter.com/MarkSanford

Gingrich has a *huge* number of followers at 231,000.  And no wonder.  This is his latest tweet:

wut?

Edit: I'm against waterboarding terrorists, but might favor waterboarding mimes, if it gets them to talk.  But only if they're waterboarded by other mimes, and the waterboarding isn't real, it's mimed.  That way you'd have simulated simulated drowning, which would be kind of neat, in a sadistic kind of way.

But I draw the line at strabgling.

The latest poetry from Sarah Palin on Twitter:

"Great day w/bear management wildlife biologists; much to see in wild territory incl amazing creatures w/mama bears' gutteral raw instinct to
protect & provide for her young; She sees danger? She brazenly rises up on strong hind legs, growls Don't Touch My Cubs & the species survives
& mama bear doesn't look 2 anyone else 2 hand her anything; biologists say she works harder than males, is provider/protector for the future"
