Apparently Ruth Davidson saved the Tories. Not entirely sure if it will be the 326 though.

326 is the official mark that ignores that Sinn Fein won't take the oath.

The real number is likely 323.

SF has 2 seats so far - if that's all they get then that reduces parliament from 650 to 648 -> 325 needed for a majority.

If there is a second election in the autumn, who is favored to win? Well, of course, as we see, everything can change, but who starts out with a better shot to win a majority?

Labour would never make it all the way to 326, but they could definitely get close enough to form a coalition with SNP.

 Sinn Fein have confirmed they won't be taking up their 7 seats so with 4 Speakers also not voting the overall majority is 320...

For the four speakers, is this like the US House speakership where the speaker(s) don't usually vote but are allowed to vote if they want to, or are they literally prohibited from voting?
