Almost all proposed amendments are approved or being rejected with 52-47 (Menendez not voting) etc along party lines except some where Manchin or Heitkamp vote with Rs.

Maybe people in blue costal states should press state or local governments to reduce tax burden so they don't need deductions.

Mr. Lee proposes an amendment, #1428 (To modify a deficit neutral reserve fund relating to public land and the environment to address making payments under the payments in lieu of taxes program equivalent to the property tax revenue that would be due to a state or local government if the state or local government owned the land). The amendment FAILS by a vote of 50-50.

Where is Pence when you need him LOL
+ Rand is making progress with every vote - 1st 4 AYEs, 2nd 5 AYEs, now 7 AYEs xD

Mr. Lee proposes an amendment, #1429 (To establish a spending-neutral reserve fund relating to prohibiting Federal regulation of entirely intra-state species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973). The amendment FAILS by a vote of 49-51.
That amendment would MAGA. It's sad it failed.

The house could just pass the senate's language.
But probably won't because we haven't seen any late night amendment to appease the House (what some media reported)
