Interesting than the NDP votes and seats are roughly proportionnal when the provincial seat distribution wasn't.

In addition. Note that under neither method would the CHP, with 19,218 votes gets seats. CHP is the 6th party. Note however that Indepenednt Candidate, James Ford, comes after the CHP, but before the MLP at 16,283, and Andre Arthur at 14,594. None of them come close to the some 47K that would be needed for a seat.
