Considering these are most of the last caucuses which he sucks at and Cruz excels at, not amazing but far from a disaster.  That and Rubio is gone, as a dem worried about him its a very good night

Shouldn't Maine have been one of Kasich's best states? LOL.

If he wins in Kentucky and Louisiana he could end up netting delegates against Cruz.

It seems this will be the case. I am predicting that Trump has at most 45% and no less than 40% in KY after tonight.

Yes, but early returns are preferentially his base.  I don't think Trump can lose KY, but it will likely be back within single digits.  He could still get "Fairfaxed" with Louisville or Lexington reporting late.

I heard Louisville may be good for Trump earlier in the day

Because it is a northeast state? The Republicans in this state these days are much more libertarian and constitutionalist. Good fit for Cruz.

Remember: Ron Paul won a plurality of the delegates here in 2012. No one should really be surprised by this. Not people that know Maine, at least.

Martin County, the odd WV border county that was reported for Cruz by 10% turned out to be a reporting error.  It's now Trump's best county in the state at 60.1%!

Freedom county!

Also, good to see TRUMP DOMINATING in Louisiana!  Low energy loser Rubio in 3rd place with less than 20% LOL

The Trump meme is mildly funny when Lief does it, but please stop with the bold and 'low energy' nonsense. It's incredibly annoying.

Doesn't look like it'll be enough to get him a delegate lead out of tonight, and certainly nowhere near enough to get him >50% of delegates (which he won't get the nomination without). Sorry. Your boy lost tonight, it's all over but the shouting (and the contests ahead, sure).
