Hmm...another poll that shows Thompson is the best choice in AZ.

Although, with a 56% of Arizonans with a hatred of Clinton, she could have some problems. Then again, familiarity may breed contempt in the GOP. Clinton now has the chance to define the opposition the way Bush did.  I don't think Arizona was ever in play, there simply are too many rich bastards in Phoenix.  Arizona is a arguably a case for pushing abortion and gays instead of healthcare and taxes. We know that there are definately votes in the west, I mean, the gays did better in Colorado than they did in blueConsin and they actually won in Arizona, yet Arizona is basically firewalled at this point. This appears to be a failure of the democratic message. We are winning on the issues, but are getting slaughtered at the polls.
