I think I would agree with all of Earl's.   Some of those countries I don't know about.

Let me add Thailand!   Thaksin Shinawat and the Thai-Rak-Thai party is ruining this country - and this is one of the last decent countries on the planet.  Horrible social conservative crackdown on prostitution.  I would vote for the Democrats (the older, more liberal party), or just wish for a military coup.  The military generally likes prostitutes.  Alas, a coup is unlikely, and the Democrats get like 1/3 of the vote anymore. Sad
