It's pretty simple, I'm lowering taxes on fuel, as that effects all of us. Now I'm wondering about revenues [it will decline by some, but I'm not sure how much], because that maybe a concern in this decision, but I thought some budgetary conversation might be interesting.

I'm going to offer an amendment to my bill:

I've come to the realization that dropping it to 0.06 may dent revenues a bit too much. Lowering it to 0.07 instead to see whether or not we can get this through.

The smallest possible cost estimate I can come up with has us losing $1.175 Billion, which puts us in deficit.
