I have a question for you. If 1 out of 100 people that voted for Trump had voted for Clinton instead, she would have won the electoral college. Now given this, had that have happened, would you say that E. Hillary Clinton would be 100% responsible for her victory?

No. Many factors go into a victory, but only the losing candidate is responsible for a loss.

If I gave out that test and you answered E, i would mark you wrong.

Assuming that only the choices I gave in the OP are provided, which is the correct answer?

What crazy Scantron sheet has seven options instead of five?

On a real standardized test, a sixth answer would typically be indicated by shading in both A and B, and a seventh answer would typically be indicated by shading in both A and C. But I decided to just use F and G to keep the OP as simple as possible.

Most Stein voters would have just stayed home if Stein wasn't on the ballot.
