To the best of my knowledge of Atlasian law, I don't believe that being a registered voter is necessary in order to hold office.

In the interest of competition (no illusions of winning):

I am running for president of Atlasia

I made a statement about a week ago that although I would prefer to run for Senate, we need a Governor of the Northeast and if no one else nominated, I would do so. No one has, and thus I did.

In the interest of competition (no illusions of winning):

I am running for president of Atlasia

I toyed with the idea of doing this for the same reason, but decided that to do so would be to neglect the Region by leaving it without a Governor.

I am running for the Vice Presidency of Atlasia, as a writein if need be (and I think it need be). My preferred running mate is Ilikeverin, who knows nothing of this stunt as of right now.

I accept this declaration; consider me in the running for President.

Also, I'm not running for re-election.  The Senate is essentially a corpulent body unsuited to reform.  The only place reform will happen is in the Constitutional Convention.

I thought that Smid was running for the Northeastern seat. Has something happened with that?

EDIT: I just noticed that he had switched to running for Governor.

I'm afraid any declaration after February 14 will not be considered for the ballot by the SoFA.

I think Smid, DWTL, jokerman, Ilikeverin and Verily will all have to do write-in campaigns.
