An old school Southern or Rust Belt conservative independent who liked the social policies of George HW Bush, loved a fellow third-way Southerner Clinton and went on to vote for Bush because of Gore's environmental policies, felt out of touch by 'Yankee' John Kerry. Liked Obama's message about bringing jobs back to America, hated Trump's arrogance but couldn't stand Clinton for the same reasons as Kerry. Didn't like Trump's handling of COVID and tariffs hurting his job so he reluctantly voted for Biden.
