Democratic ceiling:

D+1
R wins SD, loses KY and GA. I'm not even sure if a loss in MT is possible at all given the plagiarism scandal but I decided to leave it in.

Republican ceiling

R+11
R wins WV, SD, MT, AR, LA, AK, NC, IA, MI, CO and NH. Again, I'm not sure if a win in NH is possible at all, but I decided to give Brown the benefit of the doubt here.

This looks about right, though like you said, I'd probably take off MT for Dems/NH for Reps.
