Terrible numbers for Slotkin. She has much higher name recognition than Rogers, so to only be polling at +2 and 42 is pretty weak. Biden's toxicity is starting to trickle downballot.
The number isn't great, but it's a for sure a questionable take to attribute this to Biden alone. If we assume the poll is close to accurate - which I doubt, but anyway - Dems in general should ask themselves the question of why our message doesn't resonate better. And if so, Biden is just a piece of a much bigger puzzle.
