Those states might be forced to redraw their maps again in this decade, except maybe VA.  PA and NC and FL are all big swing states with lots of judges that are going to be opposed to the gerrymandering that occurs.  What is Tom Wolf's plan in PA?

Probably not PA as the map is almost certain to be either a compromise or court drawn map in the first place.
