No.

Not everything will be like 2006 forever either. I just don't understand why people see 2000 and 2004 set in stone forever?

This is an electoral "habit" - a great change to the electoral landscape usually is preceded by a landslide or major demographic/geographic shift. I don't see that happening.

Alright 2004 forever folks, BRING IT ON! I ain't scared of y'all! States CAN change their voting habits, and if you don't like that, too bad! I am right, y'all are wrong!

obviously it won't be a carbon copy of 2004 - I do think it'll be close to 2000 than say... 1992?

States don't just change their voting habits like that... for no reason. Both dems and McCain have the chance to make changes to the electoral map.... just not re-draw it like1968 or 1992 or even 2000

Uh, whatever, 2004 person. I will tell texaslefty on you. I will not back down on this position, that states can vote differently from 2000 and 2004, and you can't stop me!

....ok since I'm expecting quite a few states to vote differently from 2004... just not enough to justify calling it a redrawing.

If you can quote someone who said that it would, that'd be good. If not, well, then there's not much point in stating the obvious.

Everyone single Republican on this forum,  believes that every single election will be exactly like 2004 forever, untill the end of time. RIght down to the decimal point in every county, regardless of the candidates.

Now, I know the Obama supporters here believe he will sweep every state except Oklahoma, but they are just as delusional.

You are obviously clueless. The majority of Republicans here would concede that Obama has a good shot at winning Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Iowa from the 2004 Bush states. I have yet to see anyone say this election will be just like 2004 right down to the decimal. There are two different candidates running.

Don't be a ridiculous.

No, down to the exact vote count.  It's programmed into the polling machines. Roll Eyes
