Turnout is low to moderate, per CNN. Hopefully this is bad for Clinton.
How would this be bad for Clinton? It means that the electorate is going to be even blacker and older than a high turnout election.

The current tally of returned absentee ballots has black voters making up 76%.

The exit poll numbers should be posted here when the time comes:

There is something else that I had for some reason not taken into account.  In 2008, there still were a lot of white Democrats who were conservative in SC.  There won't be as many tonight.  We could see Blacks make up upwards of 60% of voters.
I think we are heading towards a 60-65% black electorate. The conservative whites that came out for Edwards and Clinton in 2008 are either dead or voting in the GOP primary now.

Based on the exit dems....

If we assume they split whites and Clinton wins blacks 75-25, you're looking at around 66-33 split overall.
I have a feeling it is going to be quite a bit worse than that for Sanders.

25% of delegates are required to add a "minority report" to the official party platform. This the route that Humphrey took in 1948 to change the Democratic Party.

It's not so much that they dislike Bernie Sanders, they just overwhelmingly chose Clinton.
