I am here to announce my candidacy for President of the Republic of Atlasia.  If you look at my resume, you will see that I meet all the qualifications of a good President:

  • Signatures:  I have been signing my name on paper for well over 15 years and I have the handwriting and spelling skills to sign all legislation I deem feasible.
  • Vetos:  If elected, I will have a red pen on my desk at all times for a quick and easy veto.  My opponents would wait days to veto bill, but not me!
  • Appointing a Cabinet:  Being a former member of the Cabinet, I know how to be appointed and in turn know how to appoint.  Being a member of the Senate, I have been kiss-assed and know how to be a kiss-ass so my nominations will pass.  You can trust that my Cabinet will be confirmed on first vote.
  • Vacations:  Since I was a newborn, I have been vacationing.  As President, I will take regular trips to ally nations, Camp David, and my various ranches around the country.
  • Experience:  I am the only candidate to serve in every branch and level of the federal government.

Thank you for your time.  Wink Tongue

I would say you would be getting one of my higher preferences, but. . .there are so many good candidates, I just don't know anymore.

I don't think the constitution allows us to elect kings to the office of President.

As a 2/3 owner of Diebold Voting Systems, I suggest you keep your mouth shut if you want to win! Wink

The question is now, how many of these candidates will be able to find VP candidates?  Tongue

The question is:  Who will be the first candidate forced to choose Mike Naso as their VP?

I'd love to see Diebold fix a win for Opebo, and not have anybody ask questions afterwards. Wink
