Sure, Nebraska could be redrawn, but the current map of one Omaha district, one East Nebraska district, and one Central/West Nebraska district is the only logical way to do it
Or they could just make it winner takes all the electoral votes.

     As far as I know, they have not even introduced a bill to do tha yet. It would be rather premature to assume they will revert to WTA at this juncture.
