I will continue my record obstructing reform and being an obstacle to improving the game in all areas by supporting this obviously common sense proposal. Sarcasm ftw!!!

Ok, I'm interpreting Cincy's post as saying there's a vote open, since he literally says there's a vote open.

I didn't even notice his prior post as I saw the amendment declaration and thought we were still debating.

AYE though shua is probably right about the clarity issue.

Didn't the wording of the ratification process once leave for potential for a 100% requirement to be interpreted from it like last year or something?

As long as you don't fiddle with the ratification threshold or process, then I don't really have a problem with it. Wink

Teddy, Hans, Vepres, damn there were some good people posting in that thread and most of them are gone now. Does Hans still post at all?

Well you know now how it was called then? People interpretted as whatever was necessary to get it going. What question are you trying to answer, was a majority of the whole population required? The answer to that is clearly no.

Hans seems to occasionally post in international elections and on the football thread, but apart from that has left.

Damn that makes me sad. I really liked Hans, he was also a good Senator until he drifted into inactivity.

And yeah, that does seem to be the case, using the same language as the current constitution, governors could interpret it however they wanted, which would suggest the current amendment isn't a lowering of thresholds, and may in fact be a raising of them.

Yea I think so. So where there any other concerns that needed to be addressed?
