Likely R.  It's still to far from election day to know how good a candidate Weiland is and someone with the Club For Growth's support could/would beat both Rounds and Noem.  Still I'd say Weiland's ceiling is 45%.

It is see how Rounds can be stopped.  At least likely R, although I did not expect Heitkamp to win in North Dakota either, so anything is possible.
