Joe Biden to wait until end of October to announce, likely skipping first debate

I'm becoming increasingly skeptical he'll ever run. If he can't make the decision by now, he's not ready, and he won't run.

He's waiting for Clinton to implode.

I would think it's because he wants


1. to see how the First Democratic Debate sets the stage for the primaries, and

2. maybe to see the results of Hillary versus the Benghazi Committee.


Those are two very good reasons, I think. At least for someone in his position.
