Kelly has replaced Napolitano as Secretary of Homeland Security for the purposes of this scenario

Unemployment is at 7.175%

Who wins? What running mates would each select? Would Kelly's past support for Stop and Frisk become an issue?

Are we talking primary or general? Pretty certain they're both democrats. If it's a democrat v democrat general then the Libertarians win in a land slide.
