If she wants a Latino, then Xavier Becerra, or really needs black support then she should pick Deval Patrick, but if she's really struggling among whites and men then Tim Kaine would be a safe pick. I think in order to win Hillary needs to turn out black voters so she should pick a black VP it will matter in OH, VA, PA, & FL.

Castro would be a terrible choice, he is completely untested on the national stage, no FP cred what so ever. Was a figurehead Mayor for 5 years then HUD for 2 years that is not enough experience to be VP.
