Delegate Rick Snuffer is looking into a re-rematch with Rep. Nick Rahall.

Snuffer was blown out by 30 points in 1990. In 2010, though, he fared much closer than expected, coming within 8 points.

The main drawback for Snuffer here, though, is that Rahall would likely be better off without Obama at the top of the ticket.

You mean 2004. Rahall was only barely re-elected in 1990.

I remember that.  He beat a Republicans who spent like $10,000 by about 4,000 votes in a race that had really low turnout(something like 70,000 total votes).

DCCC needs to add him to Frontline. With today's environment I think Rahall takes it by 10-15%.
