Yeah sure, we don't have enough new countries anymore. And if I remember correctly from the Wikipedia article, England refused to claim it back in the day when it could have, so more power to the Sealandians.

Sealand was once a container and intermodal shipping company fully owned by railroad CSX Transportation.  CSX sold off Sealand recently to Danish shipping conglomerate Maersk.  If you go to any major port in the U.S. or live along a freight railroad mainline, I guarantee that you'll see these guys sometime:
