If those cops were following standard training and protocols then I would move out of that city.

A lot has been made of the fact that this is a kid with a toy gun, but even if it were an adult with a real gun, the rush in and shoot tactics used by the two cops would still be wrong.

Think of all those open carry guys trying to get burritos at Chipotle, should squad cars have rushed them guns blazing?
