I think my joke in the other thread makes it quite clear how I voted... which is of course the way that virtually everyone on a political forum should vote.

My familiarity with SEC is that I am aware that it is an acronym.

I am now aware that it is a Double Acronym.

Wanna know what's even more Atlas than associating SEC first with the Securities and Exchange Commission?  That I am reminded every time I see the acronym SEC of Martha Stewart's insider trading scandal and subsequent prison sentence.

Or maybe that's just the gay inside me.  FREE MARTHA!

I felt no sympathy for Martha.  Thanks to her best friend, a pastry knife, she soon ruled the cellblock,

What does either of these irrelevant bodies have to do with Samsung and why do they steal Samsung's acronym? Huh

Securities and Exchange Commission, as I'm too lazy to follow sports, and don't even have a TV right now to do so--though, of course, there's always the internet.

This for me, as well, though I guess I think of Southeastern Conference right before I think of Securities and Exchange Commission.  Ask me in 2006 when I was starting to prepare for my Securities Exam that I never took, then I would have said the former.
