What I don't get is JCPers preferencing a libertarian like Jbrase above someone who perfectly fits their views, like TexasGurl.

It's worth noting that Meeker is one of those JCP members (albeit simply a JCP-enabler for a long time) who get shuffled around form office to office without regard to competence. He was a bad PPT, a do-nothing Vice President, and a do-nothing Governor.
Nobody does nothing better than Meeker.
Has Meeker ever done anything in Atlasia?
