He very probably would. Though obviously the root problem is Trump's behavior, not whichever account he uses. Trump's decision to use his personal account as his official one in practice, does say a ton of things about how he acts almost purely on basis of what helps himself.

It just boggles my mind when I hear some of his voters exalt him for his "protecting unborn right", "protecting the guns, "protecting faith."

It's fine if you, as a voter, want representatives and politicians who embody these protections.

But Donald Trump does not give a rat's a** about any of these things.  He only cares about what he's told to support and what's in it for him.

Random thought while looking up Boebert's info while trying to see if it was her, I found out her son's name is Kaydon. Why am I not surprised?

In what way? Is there any significance to the name?

The -aiden (well sound) names are just kind of stereotypical tacky white names that you’d think someone like her would bestow upon a kid.

Also, names like Tanner, Colton, Wyatt, Cody, Logan, etc.

No offense to any of you who have one of these names lol.

None taken. I hate my name. I didn't choose it. My middle name is just as bad too. And to make matters worse I have a cousin named Wyatt.

For what it's worth, I think Cody and Tanner are adorable names.

Which network should I watch??

Depends on what you want.  The CSPAN livestream is usually the go-to if you want unbiased and uninterrupted coverage.  

But you can find wall-to-wall coverage on YouTube from a wide variety of outlets (from WaPo to FOX).  Just search "impeachment live" (or something like that).

CNN reports that all representatives will be required to pass through metal detectors in order to vote today (crazy that's even worth reporting in the first place).  

Also, the expected time of the actual vote will be sometime around 3-4pm EST -- y'all know that these estimates rarely pan out as anticipated though.

We now have literal QAnon wackos in congress. With people as lunatic as that, there’s no telling what they might do. We are not talking about regular rational people here.

Why bother having Congress at all, with that attitude? Let's just dispense with the performance and let the security bureaucracy run the country without pretending that there are any real checks on it.

Why refuse to acknowledge the damage one percenters can do?  you act as if a metal detector is unreasonable tyranny.

Takes me back to the ten minutes of explaining to LAX security that the underwire in my bra was setting off the metal detectors.  

Was a nice distraction from the suitcase of exotic lizards, though.

Any word from the state capitols/DC today? I was hearing rumblings that protests were going to kick off on the 16th up through the 20th, though I'd assume that the crackdown on social media has greatly diminished these efforts.

She and this QAnon Lady from Georgia should be expelled from congress. And preferably take Cruz and Hawley with them. They're an embarrassment.

If these allegations are true (and I have no reason to believe that they're not), you'd have to be pretty dumb to lie about doing something in what is most certainly one of the most camera-heavy capital buildings.
