Kentucky, for an equally obvious reason. In addition, I have the wonderful fortune of having Mitch McConnell, Rand Paul, Thomas Massie and (formerly) Matt Bevin as Republican Kentuckians.

This. Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul are among worst Senators. Thomas Massie is among worst Representatives. Matt Bevin was among worst Governors

Kentucky, although it's pretty darn close against Oklahoma. Southern Republicans from states like Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, and Louisiana are often pretty loathsome.

Not technically a Democrat, but the North Carolina Republican Party has almost buried representative democracy in that state in ways that a decade ago would not have been thought possible in the modern US.
