Fascinating. The Republicans go from the national security party to being the less internationalist and pro-American hegemony party. Reagan is indeed rolling in his grave, and the Republican Party are slowly ceding their dominance on national security (which has been slipping since 2005).*


*I supported the war in Iraq but it was poorly sold.
