He'll spend Inauguration day 2021 till around January 2023 saying that he's "seriously considering running again" only to announce at the last minute that he won't. Running for the Presidency and running for re election are nothing more than an ego trip. He hates the job and HATES the responsibility that comes with the Presidency.
