Wait, is there any formal procedure for this trial? Any sort of order to the testimony or to the questioning of the accused - Or is it just one big free for all? Any sort of guideline on how long the Senate has to debate before it votes - or do you just call the vote whenever people stop talking - or does the Senate need to invoke cloture before voting?

There are no rules written for the impeachment. What bgwah used to do was to let people debate and when there was consensus to end the debates he opened it

Btw, as soon as there is unanimous consensus to end the debates, I will open the vote lasting until everyone has voted or that there are enough votes to convict or to not convict.

Perhaps we can go through each individual charge first.

Oh just to be clear this would be a multi vote with each charge
