If he's a troll, he's an absurdist genius and therefore still fits in this thread.

-ER is not a troll; otherwise he would have supported deporting immigrants on welfare (which is an obvious EO for Trump to sign, and which I support strongly). He has views and beliefs of his own.

If I were a troll, wouldn't I have supported Trump in the primary, rather than hoping a movement conservative would get the nomination?  I also do have a more complicated view of immigration than the current administration.

Now, if I changed my name to "ExtremeDemocrat (D-CA)" with a PM of -10 E, -9 S, then that would be trolling!

Not that I think you're a troll, but I think supporting Cruz fits your stereotype pretty well.

ExtremeRepublican isn't a troll, he's just an incredibly (read: almost unbelievably) stupid person. As much as I'd like to believe that no real human would be deranged enough to sincerely believe that a left-leaning Supreme Court would legalize "transgender polygamous marriages" as the bigoted degenerate has speculated (and yes, that's literally what he said), it's pretty clear that people as overtly cruel and deluded as ER do in fact exist in our world.

Have you ever heard of hyperbole?

From the look of your posting history, hombre, your entire life and belief system are the personification of hyperbole.

Don't forget that ER apparently wants the Democratic Party classified as a terrorist organization for its stance on abortion rights.  I've never known a single person who thinks that way.

His username is kind of a giveaway, too.

-I sincerely believe that a left-leaning Supreme Court would

*Mandate affirmative action on all 50 states

*Legalize transgender polygamous marriages

*Mandate amnesty for all illegal immigrants

*Strike down all immigration restrictions (only when they benefit the Democratic Party)

A toss-up: declare Islam has all the protections of a religion, but none of the characteristics of religion requiring it to stay out of government.

My brain has been traumatized too much by Sotomayor and Ginsburg's opinions for me to seriously think otherwise.

Cool idea. Let's legalize it if it isn't already.

Even if you did that, wouldn't a trans man marrying a trans woman still be legal? Huh

That would depend on whether the government recognizes transgenderism.

No it doesn't. If it doesn't recognize it then a trans man marrying a trans woman is still legally a marriage between a man and a woman.

Like BRTD said, it doesn't. Either way, legally it's a guy marrying a girl, the question is just who is who.

Good point, but what if one is and one isn't?

then it'd still be legal because of the court decision although if some places in your country didn't make it harder for people to legally transition than bloody Iran that wouldn't need to be a problem

in fact in some places before Obergfell that banned same sex marriage there were some legal same sex marriages... against a cis women and a trans women or a cis man and a trans man.  Legally they couldn't stop them unless they elected to recognise gender transition which lots of those states either don't do or put lots of legal hurdles in the way, so legally it was just a marriage like any other.

"Harder to transition than Iran" isn't the superlative you're making it out to be, since transition is used as a form of conversion therapy in that country.

D66 this time around, but I would probably "usually" be a VVD voter, and I'd be receptive to their campaign.
I'd only need a three-minute conversation about their views on Israel with you to have you vote VVD.
Why are all European parties terrible Angry
Don't know why you wouldn't support the VVD. They're not even softly euroskeptical.

The same reason that (in a much more extreme example) I suggested a few years ago that if I lived in Greece I would consider the KKE; sometimes when you get really terrible people entering the legislature (literal outright Nazis in Greece, for instance) and casting a vote against them rather than for anything in particular is most important, it can make sense to vote for the polar opposite party, even if you disagree with them on some or a whole lot of things. ND would be my "default" vote in Greece, certainly, and I like Kyriakos Mitsotakis enough that I'd probably go back to them in 2019, even if in the 2015 elections I might've cast a protest vote.

Also, I'd obviously only even consider protest-voting KKE because of the cordon sanitaire that ends up in Greece; the impossibility of them ending up in government is why I consider them an acceptable protest vote. If it looked like someone was considering negotiating with them, or they started to gain some support to the extent that that looked unavoidable, I'd withdraw my support immediately.

You can't be religious without being a hypocrite...though Evangelicals are the worst

Fits all three adjectives quite nicely, really.  A shame, as I thought this guy came off smarter than that.
