And the largest percentage of undecideds comes from West Tennessee, which should be Obama's strongest portion of the state, with Memphis.

Add: And in fact, of African Americans polled, 31% say undecided. If they show up, they'll break for Obama. The question is, will they turn out?

Not entirely impossible if most of his vote is black (black women being astonishingly more likely to vote than black men), but still unlikely.
