They should've just thrown him in prison for the rest of his life rather than letting him off easy. A lifetime in prison is the appropriate punishment. The system just made a martyr out of him.

As for the death penalty, it should be abolished (except in very extreme cases) because there are people who get wrongly convicted and are later proven innocent because of DNA or other evidence.

Speaking of legitimate reasons, I wonder why Wulfric opposes same-sex marriage.

From what I've read, he opposes gay marriage because he's a devout Christian. It should be up to the two men or two women when it comes to what they do regarding their relationship.
