I really like this forum.  But some of the more obscure polls are annoying.  Anyhow, a poll from Silver Bullet on 8/3.  The date is pre debate.  But they have questions about the Megyn Kelly comment.  And the number for Fiorina and Walker is consistent with other polls post debate.

They also asked respondents which of the presidential candidates they'd most like to see as the vice presidential nominee, and the top choices were:

Fiorina 25%
Carson 20%
Rubio 15%
Cruz 11%
Trump 10%

Everyone else was below 5%.

Fiorina seems to be really strong out west (the AZ polls show this too).  Unfortunately for her, NV doesn't really matter as much as Iowa, New Hampshire, or even South Carolina.  

Also a relatively good poll for Rubio, if you consider being statistically tied with Carson and Cruz for 3rd a good performance.
