They certified because they had a deadline to meet and if someone was unhappy with the results they could always sue if they think a recount will yield results more to their liking.

West didn't like the results, but he saw that a recount was not going to get him what he wanted.

It's still pathetic. The certified results should always be the correct results, no matter how long it takes.

That means we'll never know how Floridans actually voted.
