Judging who? The reason I suggest it cause it's in the relative middle and Hartford is a really cool name. I'd also like to point out the if someone wanted to build a capital in NYC the cost would be massive! I'd suggest Albany, Hartford or Plymouth, something like that.

Judging Amy. It's a TV Court Drama that takes place in hartford, Conn. Of course, sarcasm gets much harder now without smileys.
