So in about three years from now, when this guy is in his Senior year of High School, he'll start gutting people. This is pretty disturbed stuff.

Lady in Martinsburg, WV was arrested for hanging three German Shepherds (and stuffing a New Testament in one of the dogs mouth).  Obviously, she's crazy.  Not far from incident from the OP, but she had specific reason for going after these dogs (they wouldn't shut up)
