Describe a married white conservative evangelical in the rural south with a high school diploma somewhere from 45 to 59 years old and not unionized, a veteran most concerned about the economy who makes between 100k and 200k and feels he’s better off financially than 4 years ago long time voter, and he voted for Biden.

Well, one easy way to do it

This person watched many family members die from COVID, then blamed Trump for not taking the pandemic seriously. Protest vote for Biden.

While this story may not be common, it probably happened at least a few times.

Or maybe someone who considers Trump unethical.

Sorry for the lack of tangential detail lol

I feel like it has something to do with the specific church he goes to.  While white evangelicals are typically about 80% Republican, not all white evangelical churches are.  In my experience, they can vary from 60-65% Republican to virtually 100% Republican.  The former tend to have a lot of people with Russell Moore-type politics (I don't think Moore actually voted for Biden, but some who respect him might have).

She’s an adamantly pro-life campaigner for religious reasons, and is generally a single-issue voter on that reason, but dislikes Trump enough to go against him.

academic contrarian and hardcore lib socialist that disapproves of the new democrat stance on the free market, and has no separatist sentiment, who casts protest votes in hopes that a conservative time in power would push the ndp left

An accelerationist.

I actually know socialists who think a Trump presidency would have been less bad than a Biden presidency, it's not out of the question that one or two such people may go as far as to vote Trump.
