Carl, you could at least post examples of immigrants breaking laws more damning than felony "impeding the flow of traffic without citizenship."

Perhaps a crime ring of Mexican mercenaries smuggled across the border and hired to commit hits in the United States in exchange for their family's citizenship.  That would be a good reason for stringent immigration policy.  Actually, it would be a good plot for a movie more than anything.
