Is "BM" a Bushieisim? Or do other Americans call poops "BMs"?

BM = Bowel Movement.

I know that.  Re-read my question:

My question was NOT what BM stands for.

Americans who do not care to use dirty language use BM.

So you can steal money from your parents to buy porn, but saying 'sh**t' crosses your moral line?Huh

Again, the porn was several months ago, now.  It's not current.

A little update for this Sunday Morning.  The beginning of a brand new week.  I slept well last night.  I got smart and went to bed at 2230 instead of 0100.  I woke up at 0730 and am ready for church.  I weighed in this morning at 259.2 which is the lowest its been in a long time.  I plan to continue going down.  For the first time in three weeks I am going to church this morning.  I haven't been since August 18 because I was sick the last two weeks.  After the morning service, we have a church potluck dinner (I rarely eat a whole lot at those events).  This afternoon is Week 1 NFL.  At 18:00, I've got a Business Meeting for Woods Baptist Church.  We are still discussing the sale of the property.  We've got a possible church interested in the property, a small, but growing Seventh-Day Adventist group from Del City.  If I had my preference, I would prefer to sell it to a church.  I hope we can have it sold by Christmas.  After the Business Meeting is Sunday Night Football - NY Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys.  I am cautiously optimistic about the Cowboys season and I expect a win tonight.  Dallas, though, has the talent to disappoint.  We'll see.  I'll go to bed right after the game is over in preparation for Week 6 of CADD.  I plan to put in a full 5 day week this week.  It will be my first full five day week since Week 1.  Week 2 was a 4 1/2 day week and then we all know I was sick in Weeks 3 and 4.  Week 5 was a short week anyway.

Ok here's my new suggested crash diet for Bushie, trying to base it somewhat on what he likes:

8 AM whatever ungodly hour you arise:
Breakfast:
two sausage patties and two fried eggs.  As much pepper and salt as you like.  Coffee with full fat cream but no sugar

midmorning:
snack: yogurt

Lunch:
1:00
two thick slices of good quality ham, and two thick slices of 'real' cheese - none of that americancheez garbage.  as much mustard as you want, but nothing else - no bread. Small bowl of broth soup on the side  wash down with Coffee as above, or diet soda.

Dinner:
5:00 pm (as the savages do)
Alternating days either fried pork/beef liver with a fried egg, or a small breakfast steak or beef patty and fried egg.  serve with small bowl of broth soup.  drinks as above

late evening snack(s)
yogurt
small quantity of cashews or pistachios

What do you guys think? I thought about substituting a 'supper' for the late-evening snacks(s) identical to the menu for lunch.  The liver on alternating days for his dinner is key for getting vitamins.  How many calories would this strict diet provide?

it is ridiculous for you to say you lost 0.3 of a pound since august or whatever.

When did Bushie come back from Kenya? Mid-July? Because that's when he hit 260 pounds (after eating a real human being diet in Kenya rather than the trash he eats at home). Since then he hasn't lost any weight. Two months.

I usually don't find dishes I like.  This one was a different story.  I was very impressed to say the least.

Here is what I had this afternoon: (Portions approximate)

3 oz of Pot Roast and Potatoes
1/2 c of Taco Salad
1/4 c of Corn
1 generous scoop of a doritos/chicken/rotelle combination.  I don't know what it was called, but it was delish.  Rotelle in case you don't know is a cheese sauce similar to Chile Con Queso.
2 servings of banana pudding cake.
1/2 of a hot roll.

Thank you to my awesome aunt, uncle, and cousin from Las Vegas who are huge Thunder fans, they are purchasing my way to an early season game in Oklahoma City.  I will be going to the Dallas Mavericks vs. Oklahoma City Thunder game on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 20:30!!

Oh what a wonderful business meeting!  That sounds strange to say, but it's true!  We have a tentative offer on the church and are moving forward with the appraisal and repair estimates.  We hope to have this sold by late October or early November.  Best of all, it is another church wanting to buy it.  I am meeting up at the church at 2100 tonight to go through the church documents and get them out of view of the repair estimate party which should start either tomorrow or Tuesday.  Since I am the church clerk, when I am told, I will take the documents to the Baptist Building in NW Oklahoma City for the Capital Baptist Association to store our documents.

I like how he gave real portions for the first half and then transitioned into measurements of "1 generous scoop" and "2 servings".

And isn't rotelle wagon wheel pasta?

Wow an entire potluck full of free food and Bushie couldn't manage to put a single vegetable on his plate.

Of course not. Smiley

Oh goody - I was right about the rotelle.  Why are you smiling at the fact that you ate no vegetables?  Do you enjoy your health problems?

I don't enjoy it, but I don't let stress be added to them.
