my answers:

George W. Bush - disapprove

Jose Zapatero - approve
Vladimir Putin - disapprove
Hugo Chavez - approve
Iyad Allawi - disapprove
Ariel Sharon - disapprove, but not as much as I have in the past
Mahmoud Abbas - approve
Osama bin Laden  - disapprove
Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva - approved
Islam Karimonv - disapprove
Saparmurat Niyazov - disapprove
Fidel Castro - disapprove
Robert Mugabe - disapprove
Kim Jong-Il - disapprove
Hu Jintao - disapprove
bandit73 - approve

he's the guy in Turkmenistan that renamed a month after himself and ordered an ice palace constructed in the middle of the desert.

I should also add bandit as he's the president of New America Smiley

George W. Bush - Approve (barely, but I don't have strong feelings against him at the moment, so I guess I approve)
Jaques Chirac - Disapprove
Tony Blair - Approve
Jose Zapatero - Approve
Vladimir Putin - Disapprove
Hugo Chavez - Got me
Iyad Allawi - Got me
Ariel Sharon - Approve (barely)
Mahmoud Abbas - Approve
Osama bin Laden - Uh, disapprove
Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva - Got me
Islam Karimonv - Got me
Saparmurat Niyazov - Got me
Fidel Castro - Disapprove
Robert Mugabe - Disapprove
Kim Jong-Il - Uh, disapprove
Hu Jintao - Disapprove

Anyone that I wrote "got me" beside I really don't have enough information about to make a decision one way or another.

Islam Karimov is the dictator of Uzbekistan and a very good friend of Bush. He enjoys executing political prisoners by boiling them alive.

See what I said about Niyazov above.

1 - strongly disapprove
10 - strong approve

George W. Bush -- 1
Jaques Chirac -- 6
Tony Blair -- 4
Jose Zapatero -- 8
Vladimir Putin -- 1
Hugo Chavez -- 3
Iyad Allawi -- 3
Ariel Sharon -- 3
Mahmoud Abbas -- 4
Osama bin Laden -- 1
Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva -- 4
Islam Karimonv -- 1
Saparmurat Niyazov -- 1
Fidel Castro -- 3
Robert Mugabe -- 1
Kim Jong-Il -- 1
Hu Jintao -- 3

Oh, and Bandit is a great guy, and would be a better leader than all of the above except for Zapatero and Chirac.  I'll give him a five.

how would the Thai Prime Minister rank?

And for those unfamiliar with Karimov, see my comment above. He's the dictator of a former Soviet Republic who enjoys torturing political dissidents, largely by boiling them alive. And a very close friend and ally of Bush.

Enduring "Freedom", how ironic. Kind of like supporting Saddam in the 80s. Now we have a new Saddam in Central Asia and right wingers think he's the greatest thing since sliced bread.
