Yes... he is a comrade with a surname called Sibboleth who is determined to overthrow the Bourgeois-Capitalist-Imperialist-Noolaybah state. It means he currently lives in a garage and has tried (and so failed) to make home made explosives. This fact also explains why he only has three fingers though bizarrely also two thumbs.
