I think I found the worst place in America.

It seems to me that most major cities in the US have a suburb like Southlake. There tends to be a place around any urban area that accommodates zoning for large expensive homes that house CEOs, celebrities, and pro athletes. Lake Forest is probably the best equivalent for Chicago. The list of notable people is so long for this town of 20K that it has its own separate Wikipedia page.
